Pumply provides community-reported fuel price information. Pumply does not set, control, or guarantee fuel prices. Always verify the price at the station before filling up.

2. No Affiliation

Pumply is not affiliated with the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) or any Oil Marketing Company (OMC). The NPA regulates petroleum pricing in Ghana. Pumply operates independently as an information platform.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Prices on Pumply are user-generated. They may contain errors or be out of date. Use the information at your own discretion. Do not rely on Pumply as the sole source of truth for fuel prices.

4. Anti-Manipulation Rules

You must not:

• Submit false or misleading price reports
• Use automated tools to abuse the reporting system
• Coordinate with others to manipulate prices

Pumply may block accounts or devices that violate these rules.

5. Station Disputes

Fuel stations may contact Pumply to request corrections if they believe a reported price is wrong. Pumply may investigate and flag discrepancies. Pumply reserves the right to review disputed reports and take action as appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pumply is not responsible for pricing decisions made by fuel stations. Pumply is not liable for any losses or damages that result from incorrect or outdated reports on the platform. Use Pumply as a guide only.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
